TERMS OF USE

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before registering for or participating in workshops provided by Building Engineer Academy. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Curriculum and Certificate Progression Structure
Building Engineer Academy offers a structured, 15-module technical training program. Students agree to abide by the following academic progression rules:
- Individual Module Certificates: Awarded immediately upon the completion of any individual workshop course and named directly after that module.
- Professional Building Engineer Certificate: Awarded strictly upon the successful completion of all 10 general main module courses.
- Master Building Engineer Certificate: Awarded upon completion of the remaining 5 advanced module courses.
- Prerequisite Rule: Students are explicitly prohibited from registering for or advancing to the 5 advanced module courses until they have fully completed the 10 general main modules and earned their Professional Building Engineer Certificate.
2. STRICT LEGAL DISCLAIMERS
- NON-ACCREDITATION: BUILDING ENGINEER ACADEMY IS NOT AN ACCREDITED INSTITUTION. COMPLETED WORKSHOPS AND CERTIFICATES DO NOT CONFER ACADEMIC CREDIT, DEGREES, OR FORMAL TRADE LICENSURE RECOGNIZED BY STATE BOARD AUTHORITIES.
- NO JOB GUARANTEES: PARTICIPATION IN AND COMPLETION OF ANY WORKSHOP, MODULE, OR ACADEMY CERTIFICATE OFFERS ABSOLUTELY ZERO GUARANTEE OF EMPLOYMENT, JOB PLACEMENT, OR CAREER ADVANCEMENT. WE DO NOT PROVIDE JOB PLACEMENT SERVICES, EMPLOYER MATCHING, OR CAREER COUNSELING.
3. Payment and Module Structure
Students pay on a per-workshop/per-module basis. All payments must be settled prior to attending a session. Building Engineer Academy reserves the right to alter scheduling, pricing, or module checklists at any time without prior notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All training checklists, guides, presentations, diagrams, and workshop materials provided during your courses are the sole intellectual property of Building Engineer Academy. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own personal educational development. You may not record, duplicate, resell, or publicly distribute our instructional materials.
5. Limitation of Liability
BUILDING ENGINEER ACADEMY, ITS INSTRUCTORS, AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN OUR WORKSHOPS OR YOUR USE OF THE SKILLS TAUGHT. YOU ASSUME ALL PHYSICAL AND FINANCIAL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH APPLYING TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE SKILLS IN REAL-WORLD ENVIRONMENTS.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the business is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
